Return

If the products does not meet your expectation and you would like to return the product you can do it within 14 days from product’s delivery.
Please fill up the following form: WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT FORM and send us the form together with returning goods to the addres:

Shaki s.r.o.,  Miletičova 60, 821 08 Bratislava, Slovakia.

In order to speed up the whole process, send us an email to info@loreenstore.com and inform as about your shipment and send us the tracking number if possible. We will inform you by email when we receive the parcel and will refund your order straight after we receive undamaged product.
VERY IMPORTANT: Before your shipment, please be sure the goods are in good condition. We will not accept an exchange if goods are demaged, washed or worn.

 

Complaints

If you are unhappy with the product you ordered and you want to make a complaint please fill up the following form COMPLAINT FORM and send us the signed document together with products to the address:

In order to speed up the whole process, send us an email to info@loreenstore.com and inform as about your complaint with attached photos.
Please inform us when you ship the parcel and send us the tracking number if possible.

We will not accept the complaints with defects:

- Which occurred during the warranty period as a result of its wear or incorrect use, or insufficient or inappropriate treatment,
- was caused by natural changes in the materials of which the goods are made,
- was caused as a result of any damage by the buyer or a third party, or other improper intervention.

We will inform you about the complaint processing of your goods via e-mail.
